Let's go ahead and get into this, man. Let's go ahead. Now we're going to review the Texas side first, and then we're going to review the Oklahoma side, uh, next. Okay, if that's all right. Is that all right? That's all right. Let's go ahead and do it. Now, who's out? Jordan Coleman, offensive lineman, he's still out unfortunately. Um, Khalik Lockett, wide receiver, he's still out. Well, he's doubtful. I'm sorry, he's doubtful. Uh, Justice Terry, he also is doubtful, even though there were reports saying that he was in pads this week. Maybe they're just saving him for next week. I don't, I don't know. I don't know. Uh, probable: Nick Townsend. It's looking like Nick Townsend Will play, and that's going to mean a lot for the run game. Everybody clap it up. Ah yeah yeah yeah! I heard it. I heard it. Now, as far as Hollywood Smothers and Xavier Philsimon, he is. They're both going to play. They're off the injury report. We're good. We're good. They're going. They're going to play this Saturday against the Oklahoma Sooners. So that is the good news. The own well, the bad news. as I've stated before, would be with Justice Terry, Jordan Coleman, uh, Khalik Lockett. Those guys will not be playing, and that's very unfortunate. I, I really can't wait to see these guys back on the football field. Uh, Justice Terry, he's going to make a difference on that defensive line. We just need him healthy. We just need him. We're gonna need him for this SEC gauntlet that we were bestowed, um, unfortunately. But we, we're gonna need him. We're gonna need him. We're definitely gonna need him. Uh, the depth would work wonders, right? We're, we're good as is. We're great as is. With him, it's the cherry on the top. Cherry on the top. Now, as far as Oklahoma, they have a lot of guys. They have a lot of guys out. Uh, Taylor Heim, linebacker for Oklahoma, and the wide receiver for Oklahoma, Trell Harris, he also is out. Xavier Robinson, running back for Oklahoma, he is also out. Um, Jacoby Johnson, defensive back for Oklahoma, he is also out. More about him coming up next, um, on the Longhorns Hit. Questionable: Jermichael Carter, Cole Sullivan, Michael Boganowski, Eddie Pierre-Louis, and Jack Van Dosselier. Uh, yeah, he— there, those guys are questionable. Doubtful— they— guys, I told you it's a lot. It's a lot on Oklahoma's side. Bear with me. Tight end, uh, Trine Washington. Offensive lineman, Michael Fususi. That's big, that's big. He will not be playing. He's been confirmed out as of today. He has been confirmed out. So edge— our edge room, hey, we, we, we might be feasting. Well, we were going to feast anyway, but we are going to feast even to a greater capacity, huh? offensive lineman for the Oklahoma Sooners as well. He is also listed as doubtful. Um, now lastly, the probable linebacker Owen Heinicke, he is listed as probable as well. Coming up, how Oklahoma's injuries impact the Texas Longhorns. As you can, um, infer just by hearing those injuries— I hate to sound like this because, you know, we— you don't wish injuries on anybody, but this bodes well for us. I actually don't mind saying that part. That bodes well for us. Yes indeed, it bodes well for us tremendously. Now remember I told you guys about Jacoby Johnson? Um, he's listed— he was listed as out as of today, right? Um, and now for their, their backup for Jacoby Johnson, Tristan Haynes and Dakota Fields, that doesn't— that, that's— that they don't have any experience, right? They don't really have any starting experience for the Oklahoma Sooners, and really just in college in general. Um, so that, that's not something they should look forward to. And that is per Brody Lusk for 247, right? So shout out to him. And that means we're going to be pretty good on the, on our passing game. Yes, I know you're here from the last, the last hit. I know, I know, I know. And I was very, I was very, you know, I was complaining a little bit. We're going to be just fine. We're going to be just fine as far as our passing game goes. O-line just needs to protect. We do our job, be just fine. Now, as far as Michael Fasusi, uh, Collin Simmons was eating last year against him without him, without Michael Fasusi. Now, I didn't think it would make a difference with or without him, and that's just respectfully, of course. I didn't think it was going to make a difference. I thought Collin Simmons was still going to eat. I thought our defensive line was still going to eat. I thought our edge room was still going to eat. I think we're going to get, we're going to get to John Mather. We are. Let's let's just let's just get that out the way. We are going to get to Jamaatir. There's there's no offensive lineman that they have that will stop our defense from getting to Jamaatir. It just is what it is, and that is a hill I'm willing to die on. I'm not gonna will. I'm not trying to go anywhere no time soon. So we are going to get to him. We are going to get to him. So I'm looking forward to this game. I'm looking forward to this game. I'm excited. I don't know if you can tell by my by my you know, vibrato. But if you're new here, make sure you like, comment, subscribe. This is the Longhorns hit.
