It's easy, as simple as 1, 2, 3. But without further ado, let's go ahead and get into this. You wanna— you're gonna wanna stay for that last one. This last— that last point is very imperative. You want to stay for it. But first things first, we have to set the edge. We have to set the edge. We have to eliminate outside runs against UTSA. That's where UTSA had a lot of, a lot of success, more success than I really would hope that they had. I didn't want them to have any success actually at all. But you know, they went to the outside and they had, you know, a lot of yardage. They had, they had, they had a high success rate in getting to the outside and gaining. It was like they were getting 5 Then we're getting 8, then we get 5 more, then we get 10. You know, that was really early on in the game, but, uh, our physicality, uh, was what prohibited them from being able to continue to do that. We need to make sure early on they do not do that. We have to have lane contain integrity of staying in our lane. We have to be physical, force them back on the inside. Who do you think you are trying to get to the— no, no, no, force them back in the inside, have to make them have to deal with Ian Jafard. Right? Make that happen. I think, I think you put yourself in a good spot to win the ball game. Another one: disrupt the quick rhythm passing game. Josh Hypel, you know, uh, if you don't know, if you don't really know about the Tennessee Vols, that's okay. They love doing quick tempo, quick trigger, uh, they love getting, um, quick passes. Quick, quick, quick, quick. Pow, pow. They have a, they have a freshman quarterback, by the way. They have a freshman quarterback. Uh, if you can disrupt their quick game, disrupt their rhythm, I'm telling you, it's going to get ugly for them and it's going to get good for us. Uh, we— our DBs have to be physical if we're going to disrupt their, their quick game and quick rhythm passing game. Our DBs need to be physical. Jam them at the line immediately. Get your hands on them. Get physical. That will give, uh, our defensive line time Finesse, finagle, get to the quarterback, or just make him make a bad decision. Right? It's that simple. It's that simple. But before we get to this last point, this last, last point, crucial point, we do want to give a shout out to Calci over on Calci. The Texas Longhorns are favored to win this matchup against the Tennessee Volunteers. I'm so excited for the game. So if you, you know. Go to Cowshi, download the Cowshi app, uh, use code HIT, H-I-T, to get $25 when you trade $25. You don't want to miss out on this. To our very last point, maintain gap discipline against zone read. This is crucial. This is crucial. Uh, Faison Brandon, he is a runner. Yes, indeed, he is a runner. And Deshaun Bishop Is their RB1. He is insane, okay? He— play with him if you want to. I wouldn't advise it, okay? So we have to, uh, make sure they make— make them make a bad decision. Make, um, make this, uh— I'm about to say rookie— make this freshman quarterback make a bad decision, uh, especially in the run game. He doesn't know if he wants to keep it, doesn't know what should I do, what should I do. Put him in a predicament to where he's like, "This defense is dude, dude. I can't even. I can't even. They're they're they're gap. They're maintaining their gap discipline. I I don't know what to do, bro." Hey, here, here, Deshaun. You take it. Oh, are you giving it to me? You know, have that going on. Make them confuse them. If you can do that, if you can create create some you know some confusion in the backfield, you're going to find success. You're going to find success. But they do want to. They're more so a run-first type of. Uh, especially with that backfield. They're kind of a run-first, a little, you know, it might be a— depends on the type of day. How about that? Depends on the type of day. So, uh, if we can take away their key parts of— and it's really in the run game for the most part— we can take away the run game, make them pass. I trust our DBs. I trust Grayson. I trust Jelani. I trust all those guys to make, uh, the play and, and really ruin their passing game. But it's been your main man Madison Davis with Your Longhorns hit.
