And coming up, we have some good news about Colin Simmons, but we want to get into the injury report, starting off with Justice Terry, uh, defensive lineman. He was hurt, um, in the pre— in pregame warm-ups against Ohio State, and he is unfortunately still out. Jordan Coleman, offensive lineman, still out, um, with a particular, uh, injury, and he is unavailable at this point in time. Nick Townsend, he's doubtful, tight end, uh, slated to miss his second consecutive game. Yeah, he's been struggling. of game, unfortunately. Um, I really can't wait for him to get back and really contribute to this offense. Um, and get, get ready, guys. Uh, Hollywood Smothers. Hollywood Smothers popped up on the injury report, and I'm worried. I'm very worried. They say it is a lower leg or lower body injury and did not practice over on Wednesday. Uh, and that is a problem. I, I, like I told you guys, I feel like coming into this game, we need to make sure we establish our dominance at the line of scrimmage and we need to impose our will by running the football. And our leading rusher, uh, he's questionable. So it's not like he's out, but it's, it's something to really worry about. Um, when your main guy isn't necessarily healthy, uh, going into this particular game. Like I said, we need to establish a run. So we do have Relique Brown and, and Derek Cooper did come back. So that helps us. A lot, but Hollywood Smothers is our main guy. So that is one that really, really, really worries me. That worries me a lot. Uh, you all let me know down in the comments what are your thoughts on that. But we're gonna get into some good news about Colin Simmons, but we would like to, uh, shout out to our sponsor. Give a shout out to our sponsor, uh, Calci. Over on Calci, the Texas Longhorns are the favorite to win this game. This Saturday, they are favored at 66%. So what you could do, you can go over to Kalshi, download the Kalshi app, use code HIT, H-I-T, to get $25 when you trade $25. Take action, have some fun with it, and just partake in it. That's Kalshi, K-A-L-S-H-I, Kalshi. Trade on anything. I mean anything. I mean anything. Colin Simmons, probable. He's traveled with the team and is expected to play after leaving the game early in a precautionary boot. against UTSA, and that bodes well for the Texas Longhorns defense. Uh, like I said, we need to set the edge and make sure we can make, uh, the runners, um, and whoever's running the ball in the backfield, whether that's, whether that's Deshaun Bishop or that's Faison, um, Brandon, we can force them to go back into the inside and deal with Ian Girard or deal with those linebackers. Uh, so that's good for us, and that bodes well for our pass rush. We are going to need to get to this freshman quarterback because if not— he has a potential to take off, and he can run. He can. He— yes, yes, he can. He can run. Um, but I have faith in also Raheem Biles to, uh, you know, keep up with Faison Brandon. Also, Kobe Black. Kobe Black will be playing this weekend. Uh, he's off the injury report, thank goodness. He's off the injury report. And now, um, well, Steve— Coach Steve Sarkisian also said that was more so precautionary, just like Colin Simmons. But It's good to see Kobe Black. He will be back on the field taking action with Jelani McDonald, with Grayson Littleton, with our guys, with our guys. And I am excited for the matchup, um, because we need those guys to be physical. We need those guys to be physical. You know, uh, Josh Hypel, if you tuned into our last show, Josh Hypel, he likes to do the quick, the quick, quick, quick, get the ball out quick, um, and really get in rhythm fairly fast. And I believe that if we can get The wide receivers off of their route, off their pivot, off their square, and and really jam them at the line. It's going to take them some time to you know get reacclimated or or or you know and and let edge rushers get to the quarterback. So I'm excited about that. It's some good news. It's some good news. You know, I'm not really. I I really want Justice Terry to come back. I really want. I want. I want him back on the football field. I think that will bode well for us. But we do have the bye week coming up next week, so they can get healthy then. And I'm excited. I'm excited. Let me know. How you guys are feeling down in the comments? I would love to hear from you.
