I have an idea, but you want to stay tuned for that one. So the winning formula, the winning formula for this football team, I believe, is dominating through the ground. Now, we can dominate through the air, of course, but we are in the SEC now. So, you know, you have to have a run game. You can't just dilly-dally and just, oh, I want to stay in the pocket, right? You have, you have to make sure that you have a run game. And us leaning on the run game, I'm— first things first, I'm, I am proud of Coach Steve Sarkisian. I really am. Why, you might ask? Well, I'm glad You asked. Coach Steve Sarkisian decided to stay with the run game. He has the, he has the tendency to get away from the run game, maybe when he sees it not working and he wants to open up. He wants us to get on the scoreboard quick, but he kind of disbands away from the run game and he has a tendency to do that. I'm glad he didn't do it in this game because honestly, that's what saved us, especially in the 4th quarter. You know, we're going to start with Raleek Brown. Raleek Brown, he had 23 carries, 157 yards, 93 yards after contact, 4 missed tackles forced, uh, 4 runs of 10+ yards. Man, we were, we were really struggling. I mean, in the run game this entire season, getting, you know, plus 30 yards, right? We were really struggling. And the fact that we were able to do that in just one game against the Ole Miss defense— granted, they're not vaunted, right? They're not You know, it's not like, oh my God, we need to fear Ole Miss's defense, but I mean, they're formidable, right? I mean, you know, they're no slouch. You can't sleep on them because they will wake you up if you are not prepared, right? And then Malik Terry III, he had 8 carries, 41 yards, and a touchdown. He really tore— he tore them up. He tore Ole Miss up in the 4th quarter. Cooked them. Cooked them. And he is— him and Raleek Brown, of course, but Just seeing what we were able to do in the run game gives me hope, right? Gives me hope as a former running back myself. It gives me a lot of hope. And you know, those 2 running backs, Raleek Brown and Michael Terry III, per PFF, their PFF grades were 75.9. That was Raleek Brown on 48 snaps. And Michael Terry III, 69.9 on 20 snaps. And though they were, they were the top 2 of 3 Uh, Jermaine Bishop Jr. being one of them, um, PFF grades offensively for the Texas Longhorns. So man, this is a sign. I'm telling you, this is a sign. We stick with it, we are going to be just fine. We're going to be just fine. And the thing about it is Michael Terry III, he was, he was a wide receiver, right? He was, he was a former wide receiver and he converted over to the running back position. So, but I'd like to see more of Michael Terry III, and that's coming up in just A few moments. You're going to want to hear this. But first, this hit is sponsored by Kalshi. Download the Kalshi app, use promo code HIT to get $25 when we trade $25. Let me hit you with a fun fact. I want to see more Michael Terry III, but not just as a running back. How about how about hear me? Okay, okay, listen. Listen, you have to have an open mind when you hear this one. What if we use him in a Deebo Samuel type of role? Look, he's been playing wide receiver quite well. He's an athlete. Remember in high school, he was— he wasn't even— he didn't have a specific position. He was an ATH athlete, right? He could play anywhere on the football field. Ditto Deebo Samuel. Why don't you use him in that type of role? You need to have difference makers on the football field at all times, and I feel like Michael Terry III is a difference maker now. Now, this is just an idea, okay? He, he, he, he's a big body. He's a big body. So is Deebo Samuel. He's hard to bring down, just like Deebo Samuel. And he was a heck of a wide receiver, especially in high school. Um, so, and he can run the ball. He could choke the pill. So using him as a gadget guy, again, he is a big dude. So it's going to be kind of, it's going to be kind of, you know, it's going to be kind of difficult for him to, you know, even fit on in. But I think he could do it. I think he could do it. That would be dope to see. I would love to see that. I would actually love to see that. How would that look in Coach Steve Sarkisian's offense? I don't know. I'd love to see it. I'd like to see, you know, at least a little concept of it and give me a nice idea of what that would look like. But look how he, how he took over the game, him and Raleek Brown, how they took over the game, uh, in the 4th quarter, man. You'd love to see him get more touches because that was electric and I want to see more We've got to see more of that, but it's been real. It's your main man, Madison Davis.
